Mego performs video surveillance for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of a public security threat risk, for the prevention or detection of offences, in connection with the protection of property and the protection of the vital interests of persons, including life and health.

Information about video surveillance is placed in form of warning signs before the video surveillance area.

Please be informed that video surveillance records can only be accessed by persons authorized by Mego in connection with the achievement of personal data processing purposes.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be received from Mego by state and municipal institutions in accordance with the procedure provided for in regulatory enactments.

Mego does not transfer information to the third parties without a legal basis, as well as registers the persons who have obtained information from Mego in accordance with the procedure provided for in regulatory enactments.

Mego may use personal data processors to process personal data. In such cases, Mego takes the necessary measures to ensure that such personal data processors process personal data according to Mego instructions and in accordance with applicable regulatory enactments and require appropriate security measures to be taken.
